Strong Vinyasa Description
This strong Vinyasa class moves mindfully through each transition in effort to link breath with movement to be informed out what our body needs and when to back out of something when it becomes too much. This class includes modifications and prop recommendations when appropriate in effort to cater to all bodies and injuries. Beginning with pranayama and mind focusing practices, flowing into a moving meditation and ending in restoration, providing the perfect precursor to your busy week.
